Our cost plus pricing is simple and transparent. We charge the base cost of the service plus 3% and 2¢ per message for your first 100 loads. After that, you qualify for our Elite program which reduces the rates to 2% plus 1¢ per message with a $300 annual fee. This model ensures you know exactly what you're paying for, with no hidden fees or markups.

We support multiple chat platforms including SMS, Telegram, WhatsApp, Email, and our own Mobile App Chatbot. You can choose any of these platforms based on your preference, and you'll receive the same level of service and pricing regardless of which one you choose. All communications are synchronized across platforms and viewable through our web portal.

Qualifying for our Elite program is simple. After you've completed 100 loads with our standard pricing model (3% + 2¢ per message), you'll automatically receive an invitation to join the Elite program. The Elite program offers reduced rates of 2% + 1¢ per message for an annual fee of $300. For most clients, the savings from the reduced rates quickly offset the annual fee.

All documents are orchestrated through your chosen chat platform. You can send, receive, and sign documents directly through the chat interface. Additionally, all documents are securely stored and accessible through our web portal, which you can access with simple email authentication. This system eliminates paperwork hassles while keeping a complete record of all your shipment documentation.

While our chat-first approach is designed to handle most communications efficiently, we understand that sometimes you need to speak with a real person. We offer traditional phone support at industry-standard rates. For customer support and emergency operations, we charge 2.50/hr. Our goal is to minimize these costs by resolving most issues through our more efficient chat channels.

Security is a top priority for us. Our web portal uses secure email authentication, and all data is encrypted both in transit and at rest. Our chat communications leverage the security features of the respective platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.), and we've added additional layers of security for SMS and email communications. We comply with industry standards for data protection and regularly update our security measures.

We provide 24/7 emergency support through both chat and phone channels. For urgent issues, you can use any of our supported chat platforms to reach our emergency team. If needed, we also have phone support available for emergency situations at our standard rate of 2.50/hr. Elite program members receive priority emergency support with dedicated representatives.

Yes! We don't require long-term contracts. You can start with a single load to experience our service, and our standard pricing model (3% + 2¢ per message) applies from the very first load. There's no minimum commitment, so you can try our service risk-free. Most clients find that the cost savings and efficiency improvements are apparent from their first few loads.

Payments are processed through secure electronic transfers. Once a delivery is confirmed (which can be done through chat), the payment process begins. You can track payment status through the web portal, and we offer various payment options including ACH, direct deposit, and quick-pay options. Elite program members enjoy expedited payment processing for improved cash flow.

Load tracking is streamlined through our chat system. Drivers can send location updates through their preferred chat platform, and these updates are immediately available to all stakeholders. Automated tracking is also available through our mobile app. Shippers and consignees can request status updates anytime through chat, and our system will provide real-time information. All tracking history is recorded and viewable in the web portal.
